Aston Lark is one of the top five independent Chartered Insurance Brokers in the country, made up of the former Aston Scott Group and Lark Group. As part of their merger in the summer of 2018, they wanted a complete overhaul of their content to reflect the new company brand.
Working closely with Aston Lark’s marketing team and senior leadership, GrafikLanguage and Ark were able to develop a cleaner, more engaging tone to better align the company’s personable spirit with the individual, human characteristics of their client personas. To further increase their client engagement, we helped the company set up a specialist, in-house, content marketing team through a series of content strategy and writing workshops.
In 2019, Aston Lark won the British Insurance Awards Insurance Broker of the Year and consistently boasts a near-perfect satisfaction rating from its customers and audience at large.
